This new development provides 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom homes for individuals and families earning 30%–70% of the Area Median Income (AMI), along with amenities like community rooms, a fitness center, pet park, and playgrounds.
This project stands as a testament to what strong partnership and shared purpose can accomplish for the Long Beach community.
